TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. § 1. GENERAL INFORMATION

    1. The owner of the advertising website is AGRO-SERWIS DS sp. z o.o. sp. k., Aleja Wilanowska 67A lok. 20, 02-765 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 7010580103, hereinafter referred to as the Advertiser.
    2. The person making the reservation is referred to as the Customer hereinafter in the Regulations.
    3. The Advertiser reserves the right to introduce modifications to the Regulations at any time. Changes introduced to the Regulations are effective from the moment of publication on the Website.

    6. The advertising website alltech-center.com displays advertisements that do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but are of an informative nature.
    7. These regulations define the rules for the use of the advertising website available at the website alltech-center.com.

  2. § 2. REGISTRATION AND LOGIN

    1. Customers have the opportunity to use the extended services of the machine advertising alltech-center.com after registering using a dedicated registration form and then logging in using the access data provided during registration.
    2. Registration on the advertising website alltech-center.com takes place as a result of accepting the Regulations and entering true, current and complete customer data into the registration form, such as: name, surname, street and number, city, postal code, e-mail address -mail and password. Registration and logging in enable the customer's data to be saved on the advertising website alltech-center.com.
    3. The Customer may have one User Account. Creating more than one account requires the consent of the Advertiser. Accounts with duplicate data constitute grounds for deleting or blocking them until clarification is obtained. Using other people's accounts and sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.
    4. The Customer is prohibited from using other people's data, including e-mail addresses, in the registration process. The use of false, outdated, incorrect or incomplete data or data of other persons constitutes the basis for terminating the Agreement concluded between the Customer and the Advertiser.

  3. § 3. ADVERTISEMENT SERVICE OFFER

    1. The advertisements presented on the website do NOT constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
    2. Prices presented on the advertising website alltech-center.com are net values expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).
    3. The presented prices are indicative and for information purposes only.
    4. To receive a price offer, please send an inquiry.

  4. § 4. RESERVATIONS

    1. The Advertiser assumes that the Customer of the advertising website alltech-center.com has read the content of these Regulations before making a reservation.
    2. Reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. However, the advertising website alltech-center.com reserves the right to introduce temporary restrictions on the use of the website for technical or holiday reasons.
    3. The advertising website alltech-center.com reserves the right to verify the reservation by phone or e-mail in case of doubt. If it is not possible to contact and thus verify the reservation, the Advertiser reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
    4. In special cases (e.g. due to an IT error), the Advertiser has the right to withdraw from the reservation.
    5. The reservation is valid for a specified period.
    6. The price offer can be obtained after booking.

  5. § 5. PRIVACY POLICY

    1. The controller of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 section 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Regulation) in relation to the Buyers' data is AGRO-SERWIS DS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., Aleja Wilanowska 67A lok. 20; 02-765 Warszawa, Poland, NIP: 7010580103.
    2. Detailed conditions for handling personal data are regulated in Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Regulations.

  6. § 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

    1. The Advertiser undertakes to inform the Customer on the advertising website alltech-center.com regarding any changes introduced to these Regulations.
    2. Changes introduced to the Regulations enter into force on the date specified by the Advertiser, but not less than 7 days, starting from the date of posting the announcement of changes on the advertising website alltech-center.com and the date of sending the appropriate notification of changes to Customers.
    3. All registered names and trademarks are used for informational purposes.
    4. In all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of applicable Polish law shall apply. In particular, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
    5. These Regulations enter into force on September 1, 2023.
